I am a postdoctoral researcher at Birkbeck, University of London. Before I worked in Bochum, Düsseldorf, Konstanz and Saarbrücken. My research interests are in the intersection of cognitive science, philosophy of science, and logic. My research is guided by questions on rationality, concepts and conceptual change: What makes categorizations efficient in reasoning? How does conceptual change and conceptual learning interact with beliefs and belief revision? And how can we evaluate rationality? My work is interdisciplinary and includes, besides philosophical explication, formal methods (logic, Bayesianism) as well as experimental work with adult participants.
